Xiyao Wang 王曦耀

Expected to finish my PhD in November 2020, I am looking for a post-doc position starting from the end of this year or early next year. Preferably, I would like to work on 3D visualization or graphicis. I am also interested in HCI topics related to AR/VR or mobile devices.

About Me

My name is Xiyao WANG. Since November 2017, I'm a PhD candidate in computer sciences at the Aviz team, Inria Saclay and Université Paris-Saclay, under the supervision of Tobias Isenberg and Mehdi Ammi. Prior to that, I received my Supélec engineer degree from CentraleSupélec, my research master degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Université Paris-Sud (Paris XI), and my bachelor degrees in electronic engineering from Université Pierre et Marie Curie (Paris VI) and Ocean University of China.

Research Topics

  • Augmented and Virtual Reality
  • 3D Interaction Techniques (different input: touch, tangbile, ...)
  • 3D Visualization/Rendering (currently working with scientific datasets)
